What AirComm accesses

With your explicit consent, AirComm uses Google’s read-only Gmail scope (gmail.readonly) solely to fetch the email metadata, headers, and snippets needed to show your team’s conversation history with a contact. AirComm never sends, modifies, deletes, or writes to your mailbox, and requests no other Google data.

What we store — and don’t

We do not store the contents of your emails at rest. Message bodies are fetched live for display and not retained. We store: your team and member records, an AES-256-GCM–encrypted Google refresh token (so we can fetch on your behalf), and a metadata-only audit log (actions + timestamps, never email content).

Who can see it

History is pooled and visible within your team only. Teams are isolated from one another. Members can exclude specific senders, domains, or Gmail labels from the shared view. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Subprocessors

Google (Gmail API), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing).

Deletion & control

Disconnecting a mailbox immediately deletes its stored token. To delete your team and all associated records, contact us and we will remove them promptly. You may revoke AirComm’s access at any time from your Google Account settings.
